We have processes in place to make sure your trailer is completed in the most efficient and quickest way possible. We keep you updated on the status at each stage of the build. Also, all our trailers are made in the USA!

Trailers come in all shapes and sizes, and that includes price. At SJT, you can rest assured we will assess your needs and help you decide what you need to be successful in your mobile business. Keep in mind, the incremental cost is pretty low from one size to the next. For example, trailers increase in size by two feet at a time. So, it is more cost-efficient to increase the trailer by two feet at the time of purchase than to upgrade an entirely new trailer when you’re ready to grow.

We build to National standards! However, depending on what customizations you

make it is still advised to check with your county on what restrictions they have due to

every county being different.

We work with multiple banks such as Sonora, Navitas, and many more. Please view our specific financing page to see what bank will be best for your individual needs. We will however work with someone's personal bank as well.

If you finance, we require 30% and if you pay out of pocket, we require 50%.

We try to make the process as turn key and easy as possible. When your trailer is

picked up, if you have a fire suppression system, you will also receive a class ABC and

class K extinguishers. You will also have a filled up 100lb propane tank ready to go for

your cooking equipment.

Yes, of course we will help where we can. You must contact your local health department as well as your Fire Marshall who will forward you the requirements that we will follow in order to build your trailer to meet all codes and regulations.

We keep in touch with you regularly for at least 2 years - longer if you need us! 

You can supply your own equipment and we can install it for a fee per item. If you

choose to go that route, it's important to keep in mind that not all brands will warranty

inside of a trailer and we do require that all specs of the equipment be sent to us before

the trailer is ordered.

Yes, all of the manufacturing of the trailer is done here in the United States. We build out the inside only using the highest quality materials.

It's not advised that you do. Most counties won't pass you if you use residential equipment and if it malfunctions and causes damage to your trailer insurance will not cover it.
