Size Does Matter
Ask yourself these questions to determine what size trailer you need


➔ What size do I need?
Well, figure out what your menu items will look like. *pro tip* less is best!


➔ What kind of overall flow do you want in your trailer?

Back to front, right to left? Ask yourself: how do you move around your working kitchen or office space now?


➔ What are you going to cook/sell, and what do you want your presentation to look like?


When you answer these questions, we can easily help determine the size you need!


Quick guide to what size of trailer will you need. – always ask what the cost difference is for 2’ more. The cost may surprise you, and more space is never complained about.

  • 10’ to 12’ – Best choice when serving food with no prepping or cooking required.
  • 14’ to 16’ – Best choice when serving only 1 to 2 items such as beverages / ice cream / cotton candy / kettle corn etc
  • 18’ to 20’ – Most popular size best for Ghost kitchens, full menus, variety of styles of cooking.
  • 22’ to up – Best choice for Full kitchen with bathroom or Specialty items, such as Hibachi, Pizza Oven, something that needs a large hot cooking surface.

For Service business best choice is at least 18’ and up – examples of types of business are physical therapist, personal trainer, DDS, Mobile Doctor's offices or Medical equipment for testing, Hair Salon, Mobile Dog Groomers, etc.
